摘要
乙烯装置的物料损失很大一部分出现在装置开停工及处理装置异常事故的过程中,降低乙烯装置加工损失必须建立在装置安全、稳定运行的基础之上。通过分析中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司乙烯装置加工损失产生的原因,针对不同原因,采取强化管理、挖潜增效以及各项技改技措等项目,确保了装置加工损失率在合理范围内,同时提出了今后降低加工损失的进一步有效措施。
Most of the material loss in ethylene plant occurs during the startup,shutdown and troubleshooting of the plant. The processing loss of ethylene plant shall be reduced while the safety and stable operation of the plant are guaranteed. By analyzing the various reasons for the processing loss of the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd., this article introduces some measures to be taken to guarantee the processing loss within a reasonable range includingstrengthening the management, tapping potential to improve the efficiency and carrying out technical innovations. Also some effective measures are put forward for further reducing the processing loss in the future.
