摘要
介绍了天津乙烯装置锅炉给水泵由于出口压力降低而导致2台备用泵(6 000 V高压电泵和高压蒸汽透平泵)频繁自启动,这不仅造成超高压蒸汽管网系统、高压蒸汽管网系统、电网系统出现较大的波动,同时也由于备用泵的频繁启泵和停泵,给操作人员带来较大的劳动强度。经分析,导致泵出口压力低的因素有机械原因、仪表原因和工艺原因,而锅炉给水回流阀故障是主要原因。通过采取更换泵入口过滤网,更换回流阀等措施,避免了锅炉给水泵的频繁启动。
This paper introduces the operation of the boiler pumps in the ethylene plant in Tianjin. The two standby pumps,i. e. the 6 000 volt high pressure pump and the high pressure steam turbine pump,were automatically started up frequently due to the reduction in discharge pressure. This not only resulted in great fluctuations in the super high pressure steam network system,the high pressure steam network system and the grid system, but also increased the labor intensity of operators because of the frequent startup and shutdown of the standby pumps. The analysis showed that among the mechanical,instrumentation and process factors that led to the low discharge pressure of pumps,the failure of boiler backflow valve was the main reason. Some measures,including replacing the inlet filter mesh and the backflow valve,were taken to avoid the frequent startup of the boiler pump.
