摘要
裂解汽油加氢装置C5、混合苯和C9/C10产品收率,通常与上游裂解原料和裂解深度有关。分析了其影响因素,得出粗裂解汽油在分离过程中,低碳不饱和烃在高温下易发生聚合反应生成C9以上重组分,并且产品控制指标范围较宽,造成C5、混合苯收率低。通过采取粗裂解汽油直供以缩短停留时间、降低塔的操作温度,产品指标"卡边"操作、稳定各系统助剂注入的措施,提高了C5、混合苯收率,降低了低价值C9/C10收率。
The yields of C_5,mix benzene and C_9/ C_(10) in pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit are usually associated with the cracking feedstock and cracking severity. This paper analyzes the impact of other influential factors and comes to the conclusion that low carbon unsaturated hydrocarbons are prone to polymerization to generate C_9 and higher components during the separation process and the wide product control indicators result in the low yields of C_5 and mixed benzene.Some measures were taken including directly supplying crude pyrolysis gasoline to shorten the residence time, reducing the operating temperature of the tower,controlling the operating variables to ensure that all the product specifications are just met and steadily injecting the inhibitors to increase the yields of C_5 and mix benzene and to reduce the yields of low-value C_9/ C_(10).
