This article introduces the basic situation of the energysaving revamp of No. 2 cracking furnace in the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Tianjin Company, analyzes the data on the receiving inspection and acceptance of material,the supervision and acceptance of construction process and the operation of cracking furnace after energy-saving revamp,discusses the importance of quality control and the key control points during the whole process of energy-saving revamp,evaluates the effect of energy-saving revamp and puts forward some improvement suggestions.
