摘要 针对中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司碳三加氢催化剂活性下降的问题,分析了有机硫、CO、氯及聚合物不同催化剂毒物对碳三加氢一段床层温度的影响,找到了导致催化剂活性降低的毒物,并根据不同的催化剂毒物,通过分别采取加强氢气干燥器切换的管理、注硫时增加配氢量、定期对反应器进出物料全分析、适时选择反应器切换及再生等措施,有效地减少了毒物对催化剂的影响。 To solve the problem of decreased activity of the catalysts for hydrogenation of C_3 fraction at SINOPEC Guangzhou Company,this article analyzes the impact of different catalyst poisons including organic sulfur,CO, chlorine and polymer on the bed temperature in C_3 hydrogenation section, and identifies the poisons resulting in the deactivation of catalysts. For different catalyst poisons, different measures,including strengthening the management on hydrogen dryer switching,increasing the amount of hydrogen during sulfur injection,regularly performing the full analysis of reactor feed and effluent and timely selecting reactor switching and regeneration, were taken to effectively minimize the impact of poisons on the catalysts.
