摘要 CTCS不同等级的列车运行控制系统能够适应我国大部分铁路线路的实际需求,但其建设、运营、维护成本难以满足我国低密度线路的特殊要求。本文总结了欧洲ERTMS-Regional和美国PTC列控系统的发展现状与特点。结合ITCS在青藏线格拉段的实际建设情况,分析了我国低密度线路对列控系统的需求和关键技术,提出了一种面向我国低密度线路的列车运行控制系统总体方案。该方案能够满足我国低密度线路对于运输能力、建设维护成本、高效安全等方面的要求。 Although Chinese Train Control System (CTCS) of different levels can meet the requirements of most of railway lines in China, the CTCS, with its high construction, operation and maintenance costs, can hardly meet the special requirements of low density lines in western China. This paper summarized the development status and characteristics of ERTMS-Regional and American PTC systems. Based on the actual installation of the ITCS in the Golmud-Lhasa section of the Qinghai-Tibet line, and the analysis made on the requirements of low density line in China for train control systems and key technologies, a train control system (CTCS-LDL) for China's low density line has been proposed. The system meets the requirements of low density lines in China for transportation capacity, costs of installation and maintenance, safety and efficiency.
