以山东能源集团境外项目开发信息平台建设为例,详细阐述了利用信息化手段,在境外项目开发的项目储备、项目决策、流程管理、人才储备、信息沟通、知识共享等方面的实践。
Based on the construction on the overseas project development information platform of Shandong Energy Group as a case, the paper in detail stated the practices on the project storage, project decision, process management, human resources storage, information communication, knowledge sharing and other aspects with the application of the informationization means.
