The paper introduced the state-owned stock right structure mode of Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group and analyzed the optimized stock right structure of the Group. The effects obtained after the stock right diversified were realized. The paper provided the countermeasures to further optimize the state-owned stock right, including the stock right structure optimized and the state-owned stock right percentages reduced. Important reform and adjustment were conducted on the management structure of the Group. The capital operation force was enhanced to release the financing difficulty and others.
