内蒙古煤制甲醇产业关联效应与波及效应研究

Study on correlation effect and spread effect of coal to methanol industry in Inner Mongolia

运用投入产出理论,以内蒙古投入产出表为依据,对内蒙古煤制甲醇产业的关联效应及波及效应进行了定量分析,明确了内蒙古煤制甲醇产业的前向关联产业和后向关联关系,同时对影响力系数、感应度系数、生产诱发系数和需求依赖度进行了测算。得到内蒙古煤制甲醇产业对其他产业的影响力较小,感应度不足,属出口依赖型产业的结论。最后针对研究结论提出政策建议。

With the application of the input-output method, based on the input-output tables of Inner Mongolia as the basis,a quantitative analysis was conducted on the correlation effect and spread effect of the coal-methanol industry in Inner Mongolia. A relationship between the forward correlative industry and backward correlative industry of the coal to methanol industry in Inner Mongolia was clarified and meanwhile the estimations were conducted on the influence force coefficient, induction coefficient, production induction coefficient and demand dependency. A conclusion obtained showed that the coal-methanol industry in Inner Mongolia would have less influences to other industries and sensitivity insufficient and was an export dependency type industry. Finally the paper provided the policy proposals according to the study conclusion.
