摘要
采用聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇(PPC)为原材料合成水性羟基聚氨酯分散体,与氨基树脂配制成水性烘烤漆。考察了不同羟基含量的PPC基水性羟基聚氨酯分散体、氨基树脂、烘烤温度和时间,以及助剂对漆膜性能的影响。
A waterborne baking paint was dispersion, which was synthesized by using prepared by the amino resin and waterborne hydroxyl polyurethane poly （ propylene carbonate ） polyols as raw material. The influences of PPC-based waterborne polyurethane dispersion with different hydroxyl content, amino resin, baking temperature and time, and additives on the film performances were investigated.
