摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷、新戊二醇、间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠、己二酸、1,4-环己烷二甲醇和四氢苯酐为原材料,制备了一种水溶性聚酯树脂,并用该树脂制备了汽车OEM水性面漆。研究了水溶性聚酯与氨基树脂的配比、中和剂对水性面漆性能的影响。
A water soluble polyester resin based on TMP （ trimethylolpropane ）, NPG（ neopentylglycol ）, SIPM （ sodium dimethyl isophthalate-5-sulfonate ）, AD （ adipic acid ）, CHDM （ 1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol ） and THPA （ tetrahydrophthalic anhydride ） was prepared. A waterborne topcoat for the automotive OEM was prepared by the resin. The influences of ratio of water soluble polyester resin and amino resin, and neutralizing agent on the performance of waterborne topcoat were studied.
