摘要 1临床资料 患者女,65岁,因＂活动后气促4年,加重1年伴腹胀,纳差10 d＂于2014年12月22日入厦门市心血管病医院。患者3年前开始出现活动后气促不适,外院诊断为＂心瓣膜病-主动脉瓣狭窄（aortic stenosis,AS）＂,具体不详,给予药物治疗（具体不详）间断好转。
