循证护理教学法对护生教学效果的Meta分析 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨循证护理教学法对护生理论知识和实践技能的应用教学效果.[方法]利有万方、中国知网、维普等数据库,检索有关循证护理教学法与传统教学法的随机或非随机对照研究,并进行Meta分析.[结果]最终纳入15篇文献.Meta分析结果显示,理论成绩为[MD=5.81,95%CI(5.29,6.33,P<0.01)],实践技能为[MD=5.53,95%CI(4.93,6.31,P<0.01)].[结论]循证护理教学法的教学效果优于传统教学法.但尚需进行进一步研究来确定教学效果. OBJECTIVE To study the teaching effect of evidence-based nursing teaching method for nursing student's theoretical knowledge and practical skills.METHODS Relevant literatures of the randomized or nonrandomized controlled trial for the evidence-based nursing teaching and traditional teaching methods were searched by Chinese databases such as Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,and Weipu via internet,and Meta-analysis was administrated.RESULTS15 literatures were finally enrolled,and the results of Meta-analysis showed that the result of theoretical knowledge was[MD=5.81,95%CI(5.29,6.33,P〈0.01]and of practical skill was[MD=5.53,95%CI(4.93,6.31,P〈0.01].CONCLUSIONThe evidence-based nursing teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method,and however,it is still needed to further study to confirm the teaching effect of evidence-based nursing teaching method.
