综合护理在重症肝炎患者中的应用价值

The Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Severe Hepatitis

目的探讨综合护理在重症肝炎患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年4月至2015年4月阜新市传染病医院收治的70例重症肝炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采取综合护理,比较两组患者护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.968,P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.081,P<0.05)。结论对重症肝炎患者实施综合护理,能降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with severe hepatitis. Methods From April 2015 to April 2014,70 cases of patients with severe hepatitis in the hospital of infectious diseases in Fuxin City,according to the random number table method is divided into control group and observation group,35 cases.The control group received conventional nursing,the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing care in the control group,the nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=3.968,P〈0.05）,the incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=5.081,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with severe hepatitis,can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction.
