摘要
目的探讨健康教育在门诊阴道炎患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2014年2月至2015年3月沈阳202医院妇科门诊收治的阴道炎患者162例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各81例。对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施健康教育,比较两组患者的临床护理疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理治疗的基础上,对门诊阴道炎患者实施健康教育护理,可增强患者的自我治疗和保护意识,利于疾病康复,临床疗效明显。
Objective To explore the application value of health education in nursing care of patients with vaginitis. Methods From March 2015 to February 2014,202 cases of patients with vaginitis in Shenyang 162 hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,81 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,the observation group were treated with health education on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of the basic treatment of patients with vaginitis in the implementation of health education,can enhance the patient＇s self treatment and protection awareness,to help their rehabilitation,clinical efficacy.
