研究了气相色谱仪检测乳制品中有机氯类农药残留的方法,通过升温程序、离心管、药品等条件的改变,寻找最佳的检测条件。结果表明,可以通过升温程序的改变,分离干扰杂质;使用聚丙烯离心管代替一般的聚乙烯离心管,减少离心管溶出的杂质干扰;使用进口色谱纯正己烷代替国产色谱纯正己烷,减少药品中的杂质干扰。

The results show that can through the change of the temperature program, to separate the interfering impurities; Using polypropylene centrifuge tubes instead of ordinary polyethylene centrifuge tubes, reducing the interference of impurities dissolve out from centrifuge tubes; Using imported chromatographic pure hexane instead of domestic chromatographic pure hexane,reducing the interference of impurities in drugs.
