摘要
研究了气相色谱仪检测乳制品中有机氯类农药残留的方法,通过升温程序、离心管、药品等条件的改变,寻找最佳的检测条件。结果表明,可以通过升温程序的改变,分离干扰杂质;使用聚丙烯离心管代替一般的聚乙烯离心管,减少离心管溶出的杂质干扰;使用进口色谱纯正己烷代替国产色谱纯正己烷,减少药品中的杂质干扰。
Studied the method of gas chromatography detect the organochlorine pesticide residues in dairy, through the temperature program, centrifuge tube, drugs such as conditions change, looking for the best detection conditions. The results show that can through the change of the temperature program, to separate the interfering impurities; Using polypropylene centrifuge tubes instead of ordinary polyethylene centrifuge tubes, reducing the interference of impurities dissolve out from centrifuge tubes; Using imported chromatographic pure hexane instead of domestic chromatographic pure hexane,reducing the interference of impurities in drugs.
