舒适护理联合耳穴压贴压法治疗骨折患者失眠的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Comfortable Nursing Combined with Ear Stick Pressure Treatment for Insomnia in Patients with Fracture

目的:观察舒适护理联合耳穴贴压法治疗骨折患者失眠的疗效。方法:将本院收治的骨折失眠患者84例,分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组采取常规的护理方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合舒适护理及耳穴贴压法进行护理。观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:对照组有效率达到76.2%;而观察组有效率达到了95.2%。结论:针对骨折失眠患者可以采用舒适护理联合耳穴贴压法进行治疗有很好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the curative effect of comfort nursing combined with ear sticking and pressing treatment of fracture patients with insomnia. Methods 84 patients admitted to our hospital with fractures in patients with insomnia,as experimental group and the control group（42 cases）,the control group take routine nursing method for treatment,were observed in the control group and the experimental group,the effect of the two groups of patients. Results in the control group（22 cases cured,5 cases were cured,5 cases signifi cantly improved,10 cases of no effect,the effective rate reached 76.2 %; while the group,28 cases were cured,5 cases markedly effective,7 cases improved,2 cases were invalid,the effective rate reached 95.2 %. Conclusionfor patients with insomnia can fracture with comfortable nursing combined with auricular plaster therapy pressure method,signifi cant effect.
