肝硬化全程优质护理临床体会

Clinical Experience with Cirrhosis Full Quality Care

目的:为全程优质护理在对肝硬化患者进行护理的临床应用提供科学合理的依据。方法:将80名肝硬化患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理方案,观察组采取全程优质护理方案,在患者出院时对其临床治疗效果、住院时间及护理满意度进行记录并分析。结果:观察组志愿者的临床治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组志愿者住院时间显著短于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组志愿者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用全程优质护理对肝硬化患者进行护理可以显著促进患者康复,缩短其住院时间并具有极高的满意度。

Objective To provide the entire high quality care for scientific and rational basis in the care of patients with cirrhosis clinical applications. Methods 80 cirrhosis volunteers were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group given conventional nursing plan,the plan of the entire high quality nursing in patients discharged from hospital,length of hospital stay,and to observe the clinical treatment effect to record and analyze the nursing satisfaction. Results Observation group of volunteers of clinical treatment effect is significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）,the observation group of volunteers length of hospital stay was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05） and observation group of volunteers nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Using the entire high quality nursing care of patients with cirrhosis can significantly improve patient rehabilitation,shorten their hospitalization time and has a very high degree of satisfaction,thus is worth popularizing in clinical work for.
