疤痕妊娠术前及术后临床护理体会

The Preoperative and Postoperative Nursing Methods of Scar Pregnancy Surgery

目的:探讨疤痕妊娠术前及术后的护理方法。方法:选取2014年7月-2015年6月进入本院接受疤痕妊娠手术20例患者,总结护理经验并分析术前及术后的护理措施。结果:患者接受疤痕妊娠手术以及子宫动脉栓塞后进行清宫,其中有2例患者出现大出血而进行子宫切除,18例患者手术顺利治愈后出院,未出现死亡病例。结论:对于接受疤痕妊娠术的患者,周密、科学的护理措施有利于提高手术的有效及安全系数,有效减少并发症的产生。

Objective To dicuss the preoperative and postoperative nursing method of scar pregnancy surgery.Methods 20 patients in our hospital accepted scar pregnancy surgery from July 2014 to June 2015 were selected and summarizing the nursing experiences and analysing the preoperative and postoperative nursing measures. Results Patients received the surgical scar pregnancy and surgery of clearing the uterus after uterine artery embolization,including 2 cases of patients with massive hemorrhage and hysterectomy,18 cases accepted cured operation very smoothly after hospital discharge and no deaths occurred.Part of patients had adverse reactions,including 3 patients appeared prick congestion,3 cases of patients with abdominal pain and after treatment,the symptoms disappeared. Conclusion For patients undergoed scar pregnancy surgery,thorough and scientifi c nursing measures were benefi cial to improve the effective and safety coeffi cient of surgery and reduced complications.
