Minutes of the meningococcal meningitis surveillance and immunization prevention seminar

2015年9月20日,中华预防医学会在杭州组织召开了流脑监测与免疫预防专家研讨会。会议报告了全球和我国流脑的防控进展,梳理了我国现行流脑疫苗(MenV)应用现状,解读了世界卫生组织(WHO)接种MenV的立场文件,系统分析了我国流脑免疫预防存在的问题。会议认为,目前从疫苗种类、接种管理等方面,我国流脑免疫预防面临较为复杂的情况和问题。新流行菌群的不断出现,需要扩大MenV的血清群覆盖范围;MenV种类多,但不同企业的接种推荐程序各异,使接种人员存在困惑;二类疫苗与一类疫苗并存,在接种管理上难度加大;流脑病例监测报告的敏感性低。会议建议对目前我国MenV的免疫策略进行适时调整;全国统一制定MenV使用指导意见,规范预防接种、信息登记和接种率统计;提高流脑监测和病例报告的敏感性;积极开展MenV的应用性研究。

September 20, 2015, China Preventive Medicine Association organized a seminar of meningococcal meningitis （MM） surveillance and immunization prevention in Hangzhou. The experts reported the global and domestic progress on the MM prevention, described the current status of the use of meningitis vaccine （MenV）, interpreted the MenV position paper of World Health Organization （WHO）, and analyzed the prob- lems on the MM immunization prevention. The experts on the meeting thought that we faced the complex situa- tions and problems on the MM immunization prevention. There is a need to expand the coverage serogroup of MenV due to the emerging of the new strains. The vaccinators were almost confused due to the kinds of MenV from different enterprises. Vaccination management was difficult due to the type difference of vaccines. MM ca- ses report and surveillance sensitive was low. The experts recommended that the current immunization strategies of MenV should be revised, make a national recommendation for vaccination, information collection and coverage calcula- tion, improve sensitivity for meningitis surveillance and conduct action-oriented research for MenV.
