不同年龄和平茬处理辽东栎幼苗的萌生能力 被引量:1

摘要 在玻璃温室内的遮荫条件下,研究不同年龄(1年生、2年生、3年生)、不同平茬强度(3年生幼苗,分别距地面0 cm、10 cm、30 cm处平茬)对辽东栎(Quercus wutaishnica)幼苗萌生能力的影响。结果表明:年龄、平茬强度对辽东栎幼苗的萌生能力均具有显著影响。萌条数、萌条高、萌条干质量、叶片总数、单株叶面积、根干质量、幼苗总干质量和比叶面积均随着幼苗年龄的增大而增大,且单株叶面积、根干质量和总干质量在不同年龄间均差异显著。轻度、中度平茬的幼苗萌条数均显著大于重度平茬幼苗,但前两者的萌条高和萌条基径均显著小于后者;萌条叶片总数、单株萌条叶面积、根干质量和总干质量均随平茬强度的增大而减小;重度平茬幼苗的萌条干质量最大,中度平茬幼苗最小,各平茬强度间无显著差异。2年生幼苗的萌生活力最大,显著大于3年生幼苗;3年生幼苗的萌生活力随平茬强度的增强而减小。 The experiment in the condition of shaded glass house was conducted to investigate the effects of different age( one-yearold,two-year-old and three-year-old) and cutting treatments( three-year-old seedlings,shoot cutting at 0 cm,10 cm and 30 cm from ground) on sprouting ability of Quercus wutaishnica seedlings. The results showed that significant impact of different age and shoot cutting on the sprouting ability of Q. wutaishnica seedlings was observed. Sprout number,sprout height,dry mass of sprout,total leaf number,leaf area per plant,root dry mass,total dry mass per seedling and specific leaf area all increased with the increase of age. It was observed that there was significant difference among different ages in leaf area per plant,root dry mass and total dry mass per plant. The sprout number of seedlings treated by light and middle cutting was significantly higher than that of severe cutting treatment,but the shoot heights and basal stem diameter of sprouts of two former were significantly lower than those of the latter. With the increase of cutting intensity,total leaf number of sprout,leaf area per sprout,root dry mass and total dry mass all declined. The treatment of severe cutting resulted in maximum of sprout dry mass,while the minimum of sprout dry mass was detected in middle cutting treatment and no significant difference was detected among different cutting treatments. Two-year-old seedling had the highest sprouting vigor which was significantly higher than that of three-year-old seedling. The sprouting vigor of three-year-old seedlings was declined with the increase of cutting intensity.
