基于聚类分析的福建省森林火灾风险区划 被引量:8

摘要 分析福建省森林火灾风险的影响因素,选取并量化森林火险区划指标,建立火险指标体系;基于福建省9个地级市1999—2013年的林火数据、气象数据、人文数据和环境数据,采用聚类分析法,对福建省各地级市进行火险区划,得到5类风险区。根据统计结果对各风险区进行排序,并绘制福建省森林火险区划图,从森林损失情况、气候条件、地理环境、政府重视程度等多角度剖析不同火险等级的原因。据此在立法、防火、灭火、保费厘定等方面提出预防对策和建议。 Take Fujian Province as an example,analyse the forest fire risk factors,select and quantize forest fire danger zoning indicators,and establish fire danger index system. Based on the forest fire data,weather data,humanity data and environment data from1999—2013 in 9 cities of Fujina Province,classify the forest fire danger zones in these 9 cities into five classes. According to the statistical result,sort these danger zones and draw a classification map of five danger areas,then analyse the causes of different fire risk grades in forest loss,climate and geographical condition,the attention of government and so on. Accordingly put forward some prevention strategies and advice in the aspect of legislating,fireproofing,putting out fire and pricing the premium.
