左心耳来源的局灶性房性心动过速的临床特点和治疗 被引量:2

摘要 房性心动过速(房速)相对比较少见,而左心耳来源的房速更为少见~[1]。本文报道1例起源于左心耳的局灶性房速的临床特点及处置策略。病历资料患者,女,33岁,因"发作性心悸1年,加重3个月"入院。患者近1年来常感心悸,呈突发、突止,发作时心率明显加快,外院多次做心电图提示为室上性心动过速。
