浅议公共场所“五病”从业人员的处理

对"五病"从业人员的卫生监督是公共场所卫生监督执法工作中的内容之一,关系到广大人民群众的健康权益。随着《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》及《卫生行政执法文书规范》的修改,公共场所"五病"从业人员卫生监督工作在执法实践中的处理成为一个新问题。本文从一起案例入手,对公共场所"五病"从业人员有关问题进行分析,并提出处理建议,以求为公共场所卫生监督执法工作提供借鉴。

Supervision of health practitioners of ＂Five Diseases＂ in public places is one part of the Health supervision and law enforcement work, which is related to the health rights of the masses. With the growing requirements of legalization in China, and that laws, rules and regulations continue to be established, changed, annulled, all these instruments must adapt to China＇s socialist modernization needs. With the amendment of the ＂ Public Health Regulations Rules＂ and ＂ Norms of Health Administrative Law Enforcement Instruments,＂ supervision of Health practitioners of ＂Five diseases＂ in public places practice has become a new problem in law enforcement. This paper, starting with the case, makes an analysis of the problems in supervision of health practitioners of ＂Five Diseases＂ in public places and makes suggestions, in order to provide a reference for public health supervision and law enforcement work.
