摘要 目的:研究超微粉碎技术对延胡索主要化学成分提取率和得膏率的影响。方法:运用回流提取法、微波提取法、超临界萃取法、超声波提取法,选择延胡索主要有效成分延胡索乙素和得膏率为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱法比较延胡索药材粗粉和超微粉的延胡索乙素提取率和得膏率差异。结果:延胡索药材超微粉回流法提取率和得膏率分别为74.10%、4.76%,微波法提取率和得膏率分别为81.26%、3.37%,超临界萃取法提取率和得膏率分别为31.52%、0.92%,超声法提取率和得膏率分别为89.62%、3.15%;延胡索药材粗粉回流法提取率和得膏率分别为75.65%、4.83%,微波法提取率和得膏率分别为80.38%、3.19%,超临界萃取法提取率和得膏率分别为35.82%、1.02%,超声法提取率和得膏率分别为45.65%、1.28%。结论:超微粉碎技术结合超声波提取可提高延胡索主要有效成分的提取率,并缩短提取时间。 This paper was aimed to study the effects of ultrafine grinding technology on the extraction rate and extract yield of main chemical components in Corydalis yanhusuo. The refluxing extraction, microwave extraction, supercritical fluid extraction and ultrasonic extraction were used. The main effective component tetrahydropalmatine and extract yield of C. yanhusuo were used as investigation indexes. HPLC was used in the comparison of tetrahydropalmatine extraction rate and extract yield between coarse powder and superfine powder of C. yanhusuo. The results showed that the extraction rate and extract yield of superfine powder of C. yanhusuo by the refluxing extraction, microwave extraction, supercritical fluid extraction and ultrasonic extraction was 74.10% and 4.76%, 81.26% and 3.37%, 31.52% and 0.92%, 89.62% and 3.15%, respectively. The extraction rate and extract yield of coarse powder of C. yanhusuo by the refluxing extraction, microwave extraction, supercritical fluid extraction and ultrasonic extraction was 75.65% and 4.83%, 80.38% and 3.19%, 35.82% and 1.02%, 45.65% and 1.28%, respectively. It was concluded that the combination of ultrafine grinding technology and ultrasonic extraction can improve the extraction rates of main effective components of C. yanhusuo, and shorten the extracting time.
