目的分析军队医院等级评审对门诊信息化建设的要求,指导医院信息化建设,提高医院科学管理水平。方法通过熟读《军队三级综合医院等级评审标准和细则》,找出其中涉及到门诊信息化建设的条款并加以分析。结果门诊信息化建设贯穿于等级评审的全过程,集中体现在就诊的各个环节中,突出表现在预约挂号服务、门诊就诊管理、基本医疗保障服务、就诊环境管理等方面。结论门诊信息化建设是实施以人为本的新医改的必然选择。信息化建设对于优化就诊流程,提升服务能力,提高医院管理水平和科学决策水平具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the requirements for outpatient department informization in the military hospital accred- itation, and conduct the hospital informization and improve the hospital scientific management level.Methods According to the ＂Criteria and Bylaws of Tertiary military General Hospital Accreditation＂, the provisions related to the outpatient de- partment informatization were foudd out and analyzed. Results Outpatient department informization went through the whole accreditation, embodiee in different treatment chains, and displayed in appointment registration service, basic health care service and treatment environment management prominently.Conclusion Outpatient department informization is the inevitable choice of implementing the people oriented new medical reform. It has an important meaning in optimizing treatment process, improving service ability,enhancing the standard of hospital mafiagement and scientific decision-mak-ing
