摘要
目的探讨低能量、低血糖生成指数、高蛋白(两低一高)营养配餐干预对单纯性肥胖妇女体质量及体成分的影响。方法 65例单纯性肥胖妇女根据自愿原则分为两组,试验组35例,采用"两低一高"营养配餐干预方案,干预时间45d;对照组30例,采用低能量营养配餐干预方案。比较两组干预前后体质量及体成分的变化,评价"两低一高"营养餐食减重效果。结果两组在干预后体质量、体质量指数、体脂肪、体脂肪百分比、腰臀比和内脏脂肪面积均有下降,试验组干预前后差值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组骨骼肌、体蛋白质量、细胞内水分和细胞外水分在减重前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 "两低一高"的营养配餐干预方式能有效减轻单纯性肥胖女性的体质量、体脂肪及内脏脂肪,而不影响瘦体质量、蛋白质和水分含量,是科学、健康的减重营养干预方式。
Objective To study the effects of specific nutritional diet(SND)with low calorie,low glycemic index(GI)and high protein on body weight and composition changes in female patients with simple obesity.Methods A total of 65 simple female patients with simple obesity were voluntarily divided into 2groups.The experiment group(n=35)received 45-day SND and the control group(n=30)received low energy diet intervention.Body weight and composition in two groups were compared before and after intervention and respective effects on weight loss were evaluated.Results The body weight,body mass index,body fat mass,body fat percentage,waist-hip ratio,and visceral fat area were decreased in both groups after intervention;the decline in experiment group was significantly sharper than that of the control group,the difference of which was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Skeletal muscles,body protein mass,intra-cellular water,extra-cellular water and bone mineral content had no statistically significant difference before and after nutrition intervention(P〉0.05).Conclusion SND with low calorie,low GI and high protein diet intervention is a healthy nutrition intervention which can effectively lose weight,reduce body fat and visceral fat without affecting lean body mass,protein mass and water content in patients with simple obesity.
