春夏季节变化对模型动物胆汁中胆固醇浓度的影响

Influence of Spring and Summer Seasonal Changes on the Concentrations of Cholesterol in the Bile of Model Animals

目的:通过观察春夏两季大鼠胆汁中胆固醇含量的变化规律,探讨春夏季节变化对肝主疏泄功能以及胆汁中胆固醇浓度的影响。方法:选用健康雄性SD大鼠分别在春分、夏至前购入,适应性喂养7 d后分为正常组、慢性轻度不可预见性应激组(CUMS),造模21 d之后,引流胆汁检测胆固醇含量,观察变化规律。结果:春季CUMS组与同一季节正常组比较有统计学差异,春季CUMS组胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05);春季CUMS组与夏季CUMS组之间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:肝的疏泄功能失常会引起胆汁中胆固醇含量的升高,季节变化也会在一定程度上影响到胆汁中胆固醇的含量。

Objective： To discuss the effect of spring and summer seasonal changes on liver controlling conveyance and dispersion,cholesterol content in the bile by observing the changes of bile cholesterol concentration in rat models in spring and summer. Methods： Healthy male SD rats were respectively selected before spring equinox and summer solstice,and were naturally fed for 7 days,and they were divided into a normal group and a CUMS group after modeling.After 21 days drainage out bile test the cholesterol content and observe their change laws. Results： Compared with spring normal group,spring CUMS group had a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,and cholesterol content in normal group was lower than that in CUMS group; compared with summer CUMS group,spring CUMS group had a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Liver controlling conveyance and dispersion disorder may elevate cholesterol levels,seasonal variation to a certain extent and affect the content of cholesterol in bile.
