牛膝补肾壮骨有效部位抗炎、镇痛作用研究

Anti- inflammatory and Analgesic Effect of the Active Fraction from Radix Achyran this Bidentatae on Nourishing the Kidney and Strengthening the Bones

目的:观察牛膝补肾壮骨有效部位的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:建立大鼠足肿胀模型和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型,考察牛膝补肾壮骨有效部位的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法镇痛实验,考察牛膝补肾壮骨有效部位的镇痛作用。结果:牛膝补肾壮骨有效部位可明显抑制蛋清引起的大鼠足肿胀和棉球引起的肉芽肿胀,抑制炎症反应;但对于热板所引起的小鼠疼痛和醋酸所致的小鼠疼痛无镇痛作用。结论:牛膝补肾壮骨有效部位具有明显的抗炎作用而不具有镇痛作用。

Objective： To research the analgesic and anti- inflammatory effect of the active fraction from Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae on nourishing the kidney and strengthening the bones. Methods： The models of inflammation were established to observe the anti- inflammatory effect. The models of pain were established to observe the analgesic effect. Results： The active fraction could markedly inhibit inflammatory reactivity. Conclusion： There is an obviously anti- inflammatory effect of the active fraction from Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae on nourishing the kidney and strengthening the bones.
