贫困山区艾滋病流行特点及防治对策

Characteristic of AIDS epidemic in poor mountainous area and countermeasure

目的 探讨贫困山区艾滋病（HIV/AIDS）流行特点,制定防治对策。方法 对2010年1月~2015年5月广西忻城县HIV/AIDS的流行特点进行调查研究。结果报告发现艾滋病病例498例,其中男340例,女158例;农民399例,占80.12%;性传播485例,占97.39%;注射毒品8例,占1.61%;母婴传播3例,占0.60%;不详2例,占0.40%;死亡194例。在本院出现发热等感染症状筛查初诊75例,占15.06%。结论 贫困山区艾滋病的流行以农民为主,性传播为多,预防措施以低档暗娼干预及社会管理模式为主;住院患者出现感染症状应注意HIV的筛查。

Objective To explore the characteristic of HIV/AIDS epidemic in poor mountainous area, formulate prevention and control measure. Methods Study on populer characteristic of HIV/AIDS from May 31,2015 to January 1,2010 in Xincheng county Guangxi province. Results 4 years 498 cases were reported, 340 male and 158 female,399 cases were farmers which accounted for 80. 12% ,485 cases of sexual transmission,it accounted for 97.39 %, 8 cases of drug injection, 3 cases of mother to child transmission, 2 cases of unkown, 194 cases of death, 75 cases were diagnosed as fever and other symptoms of infection in our hospital,it accounted for 15.06%. Conclu- sion The AIDS epidemic in poor mountainours area were maily farmers and sexual transimission. Risisting demi- mondaine and sosal management mode were the main preventive measures, hospitalized patients with infection symptoms should be pay attention to HIV screening.
