摘要
研究了激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量这三个主要工艺参数对激光叠焊熔池深度和宽度的影响,通过正交试验,确定了基本工艺参数对焊缝质量影响的基本规律,得到了较宽的焊接工艺参数操作窗口,并确定了激光叠焊镀锌板的最佳工艺参数。
In fluences of laser stitching parameters (such as laser power, scanning velocity and defocussing distance) on the depth and width of the laser welded seam were investigated in this paper. The basic influencing rule of laser parameters on the quality of laser-welded seam, wide laser operating window and optimal laser parameters were obtained through orthogonaltest.
