Process Research of Porous Material's Preparation in Laser Engineered Net Shaping

摘要 在激光近净成形制备多孔材料过程中,可以通过改变多孔零件的孔隙率来获得理想的弹性模量。通过实验研究了在激光功率、扫描速度、送粉速率及搭接率确定情况下,不同偏移距对Ni60粉末多孔材料孔隙率和通孔率的影响;在参数优化的基础上制备了多孔金属镍材料并进行了压缩性能实验,建立了多孔镍合金材料孔隙率与压缩强度及压缩弹性模量的对应关系。 In the process of preparing porous materials by Laser Engineered Net Shaping (LENS), the ideal elastic modulus can be obtained by changing the porosity of porous parts. First,the effect of different offsets on the porosity and connected porosity of Ni60 porous material were studied when the laser power, scanning speed , powder mass flow rate and overlapping rate were determined by experiments in this paper. Finally, porous nickel materials were prepared on the base of optimal parameters and compression performance test for porous nickel alloy was conducted. The corresponding relations between the porosity of por- ous nickel material and compressive strength and elastic modulus of porous nickel material were established by experiments.
