发达国家食品安全可追溯体系对我国的启示

Inspirations from Food Safety Traceability System of Developed Countries for China

食品安全系世界性难题,对食品生产过程进行监管、跟踪与追溯是保障食品安全的重要手段。通过对欧盟、美国、日本等国家食品安全追溯体系特征的考察分析,发现发达国家食品安全可追溯体系在法律法规的健全、强化与食品安全控制标准的契合、明晰职责加强监管、可追溯设施建设、实施整个食品链的安全控制等方面对我国具有重要启示意义。

Food safety is becoming aglobal problem.In order to ensure food safety,it is an important means to supervise,track and trace food production process.This study analyzed the characteristics of the food safety traceability system in the European Union,the United States and Japan,and discovered the inspirations for China from the food safety traceability system of the developed countries which include the sound laws and regulations,strengthening link-up with food safety standards,clear responsibilities and supervisions,constructing traceability facilities and implementing security controls along the food chain.
