罗尔斯认为,人的出身和禀赋是一种自然事实。正义就是制度处理这种事实的方式。在作为公平的正义体系下,人们通过完成现存制度安排所鼓励与支持的义务或事情而获得分享自己份内的社会产品的权利,对这种权利的诉求就是一种合法期望,合法期望具有互惠性和严格性的特点。

Rawls believed that the human birth and endowments are natural facts.Justice is the way that system deals with the facts.In the justice system,which is viewed as fairness,people get their shares of social products through their completion of obligations or things that the existing institutional arrangements encourage and support.This appeal of right is a legitimate expectation,which features reciprocal and strict.
