摘要
目的探究应用优质护理服务在老年高血压护理中的效果。方法选择2013-2015年巴中市中心医院收治的老年高血压患者200例作为临床研究对象,随机分为优质护理组和常规护理组,并比较两组在护理效果和患者满意度上的差异。结果优质护理组干预后,高血压治疗总有效率达到90%,明显高于对照组78.0%,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者进行优质护理,能有效提高治疗有效率,且能较好的控制血压,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得于临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing care in aged hypertension. Methods A total of 200 elderly hypertensive patients,which received by Central Hospital of Bazhong in 2013- 2015 were randomly divided into quality nursing group and routine nursing group. The nursing effect and patients＇ satisfaction were collected and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90% on the group with high quality nursing care and 78% on the routine nursing group,had remarkable statistic differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing is benefit to the effective rate,blood pressure control,as well as satisfaction of the elder hypertension,and therefore is worth of the clinical expansion.
