Dairy farming is the first production workshop of the dairy industry chain. It plays a crucial role in the development of dairy industry. Analyzing the factors which influencing the costs and benefits of dairy farming. It will improve the economic sustainable development of dairy farming and has an important practical significance. this paper finds out the cause of the cost difference through exploring the cost and benefit of different breeding scale and the specific province. At last, this paper proposed some suggestions, for example, introducing fine varieties, improving the scale of cow breeding, using advanced technology, improving the service system of dairy industry and so on, so as to achieve maximum profits and to reduce inputs at the same time.
