摘要
研究目的:随着城市轨道交通建设飞速发展,沿线土地综合开发利用价值提升,土地资源紧缺状况不断加剧。为节约城市用地、减少投资,使路网内厂架修资源合理配置,需进行车辆基地资源共享研究。本文以天津为例对城市轨道交通车辆基地资源共享进行研究,综合车辆选型、联络线设置、车辆段用地及建设时序等建设条件进行分析比较,提出建设性意见,指导后续项目建设。研究结论:(1)结合线网规划和在建工程的实际情况,天津市内规划的9条轨道交通线共增设3处路网性厂架修车辆段,新增功能性联络线9处;(2)线网中各线建设时序、车辆段及联络线用地条件、车辆选型的一致性是车辆基地资源共享的重要条件;(3)城市轨道交通建设中,需提早进行资源共享研究,以控制并减少用地,节省投资,有效指导轨道交通网络的顺利实施;(4)本研究成果对类似城市轨道交通线网车辆基地资源共享研究具有指导意义。
Research purposes: With the development of the urban rail transit, the land resource along metro lines is becoming scarce while the value of land in comprehensive development and utilization is being enhanced. As a way to save land resource and investment, to make the resources of workshop and unwheeling repair in metro network rational allocated, the research on resource sharing of the vehicle depot is becoming more and more extremely urgent. In this paper, we research the resource sharing of the vehicle depot in the urban rail transit with the example of Tianjin, analyze and compare vehicle selection, connecting lines setting, land use of depot and time sequence of construction to give more detailed suggestions and guide the subsequent projects, and provide a reference to the similar construction of urban rail transit. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) Combining the actual situation of network planning and the constructions in progress, we will add three depots with function of workshop and unwheeling repair and nine new functional connecting lines in the total planned 9 rail lines of Tianjin rail transit. (2) The time sequence of construction of each line in metro network, the using conditions of land in depot and connecting line,and the consistency of vehicle selection are vital to resource sharing of the vehicle depot. (3) In order to save land resource and investment and guide the implementation of the metro network, we need study the resource sharing in advance in the construction of urban rail transit. (4) The research results have the guiding significance to the research of the resource sharing scheme of the vehicle depot in the urban rail transit network.
