原发性肝癌患者血清IGF-Ⅱ、TGF-β1及IL-10的检测及意义 被引量：14

摘要 目的:探讨原发性肝癌患者血清中IGF-Ⅱ、TGF-β1及IL-10的表达及意义。方法:采用ELISA法检测原发性肝癌患者行射频消融术(RFA)、手术切除的患者各20例及对照组10例入院后第1天、术后7 d及30 d患者的血清中IGF-Ⅱ、TGF-β1及IL-10含量进行相关性分析。结果:手术组和RFA组IGF-Ⅱ、TGF-β1和IL-10入院后第1天均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术组和RFA组IGF-Ⅱ、TGF-β1术后第7天、术后第30天与入院后第1天比较(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义;手术组和RFA组IL-10术后7天和术后30天相比较(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:IGF-Ⅱ、TGF-β1及IL-10原发性肝癌患者血清中表达,与甲胎蛋白(AFP)等其他诊断手段相结合可以提高原发性肝癌诊断的准确率。
