P27^(kip1)、Jab1、Skp2在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的表达及意义

目的:探讨P27^(kip1)、Jab1、Skp2在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化的方法检测NHL中P27^(kip1)、Jab1、Skp2的表达。结果:在NHL中P27^(kip1)表达阳性样本比例低于对照组,Jabl及Skp2表达阳性样本比例高于对照组。在NHL中Jab1与P27^(kip1)表达呈负相关。Jab1、Skp2过表达,P27^(kip1)低表达均与不良预后相关。Jab1过表达与肿瘤大小及国际预后指数(IPI)有相关性;Skp2表达与肿瘤转移及IPI有相关性。结论:在NHL中,Jab1表达与P27^(kip1)呈负相关。在NHL中,Jab1、Skp2过表达以及P27^(kip1)低表达与不良预后有关。P27^(kip1)、Jab1、Skp2的表达为NHL的诊断和治疗提供了临床依据。

Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of P27kip1, Jabl and Skp2 in NHL and the clinical significance. Methods TDetect the expressions of P27kip1, Jabl and Skp2 in NHL were detected by immunohistochemical technique. Results （1） The positive rate of P27kip1 in NHL was lower than that in the control group, w. While the positive rates of Jabl and Skp2 wereas higher. （2） The expression of Jabl was inversely related to the expression of P27kip1. （3） The oOverexpression of Jabl and Skp2 and the , low expression of P27kip1 were connected with poor prognosis. （4） The oOverexpression of Jabl was associated with tumour size and International Prognostic Index and the expression of Skp2 was related to metastasis and International Prognostic Index. Conclusions （1） Jabl expression has negative correlation with the expression of P27kip1. （2） The overexpression of Jabl and Skp2 as well as low expression of P27kip1 are associated with the poor prognosis. （3） The expressions of P27kip1, Jabl and Skp2 provide a clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of NHL.
