摘要
目的采用TRIZ矛盾矩阵法研究振动台用冲击响应谱试验夹具设计方法,用以改进高量级冲击响应谱试验能力。方法通过TRIZ矛盾矩阵法建立振动台实现冲击响应谱试验的技术矛盾模型,采用动态仿真与真实试验相结合的方法设计可用于振动台的冲击响应谱试验夹具。结果试验结果表明设计的夹具可显著地提高振动台实现冲击响应谱试验量级。结论本文的研究结果为试验室模拟较高量级冲击响应谱试验提供了一种可控性好、成本低的试验方法,同时也证明了TRIZ理论对工程设计指导的有效性。
Objective To design a shock response spectrum( SRS) test fixture on shaker for improving the shaker's test ability. Methods The technical contradiction model of the problem was constructed based on TRIZ matrix and dynamic simulation was combined with the tests to design a SRS fixture. Results Test results showed that the shaker's test ability was markedly improved with the designed fixture. Conclusion A controllable and lower cost SRS test method is offered in the lab and the TRIZ theory is proved to be effective for engineering.
