红三叶异黄酮对去卵巢大鼠生长性能及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:2

EFFECTS OF RED CLOVER ISOFAVONES ON GROWTH PERFORMANCE AND BLOOD BIOCHEMICAL INDICATORS IN OVARIECTOMIZED RATS

摘要 目的研究饲粮中添加红三叶异黄酮(RCI)对去卵巢大鼠生长性能、免疫和抗氧化功能、激素水平、血糖血脂代谢及骨质的影响。方法选3月龄SPF级雌性青年大鼠50只,单因子随机化设计,随机分为:假手术(Sham),去卵巢(OVX),去卵巢加RCI低、中、高剂量组(灌胃30、100、300 mg/kg·d RCI)5组,每组10只,试验期3月。结果 30、100 mg/kg·d RCI能显著提高去卵巢大鼠的生长性能和免疫性能(P<0.05);一定程度上改善去卵巢大鼠的抗氧化性能;能稳定去卵巢大鼠血清激素水平和维持机体正常代谢;能使血清钙磷含量有所升高,对骨生长有一定的促进作用。结论适量添加RCI对去卵巢大鼠的生长、免疫、抗氧化、血清激素水平、代谢及骨质的有明显改善作用。推荐RCI适宜的灌胃剂量为30 100mg/kg·d。 Objective To investigate the effects of red clover isoflavones (RCI) on growth, immumty ana anuoxluam performance, hormone levels, blood glucose, blood lipids and bone metabolism. Methods Fifty, 3-month-old, female SPF rats were randomized into 5 groups (n=10/group): Sham group; ovariectomized group (OVX); OVX with RCI 30mg/kg.d, RCI 100mg/kg.d and RCI 300 mg/kg.d. The trial lasted for 3 months. Results 30 mg/kg.d and 100 mg/kg.d RCI significantly improved growth and immunity of ovariectomized rars (P〈0.05); It also had some effect on antioxidant capacity, serum hormone levels, and increased serum calcium and phosphorus contents. Conclusion RCI significantly improved growth, immunity, antioxidant performance, serum hormone levels, and bone metabolism.
