胸腔镜胸交感神经链切除术治疗重症雷诺病 被引量：4

摘要 雷诺病是一组综合征，由肢端动脉痉挛缺血引起，手部病变严重，常并发手指溃疡，严重时缺血坏死。雷诺病治疗困难，药物效果欠佳。2012年12月至2015年2月期间我们采用胸腔镜胸交感神经链节段性切除术治疗手部症状严重的雷诺病13例（24条肢体），现总结经验报道如下。
