摘要
采用Factsage软件分析了铝镇静钢LF精炼渣CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-MgO四元渣系的目标优化成分,CaO为50%~55%,Al_2O_3为30%~36%,SiO_2为1%~6%,MgO为4%~8%。通过现场取样得到炼钢分厂8炉铝镇静钢LF精炼出钢前渣样,采用化学分析及XRD分析方法,得到精炼渣的质量分数和主要物相。将实测值与优化值进行了对比分析,指出CaO、Al_2O_3、SiO_2的质量分数都在优化范围附近波动,为达到精炼效果现场操作时要更加稳定;MgO质量分数超出优化范围,建议在VD操作时加强防冲刷、防溅盖措施,同时减少CaF_2加入量。
The optimized target content of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-MgO series in LF refined Al-killed steel slag was analyzed with Factsage software: CaO is 50%-55%, Al2O3 is 30%- 36%, SiO2 is 1%-6%, MgO is 4%- 8%. The sample slag of LF refined Al-killed steel before tapping was taken from the furnace No.8 in the steel melting workshop and analyzed by the means of chemical analysis and XRD analysis to obtain the mass percentage and phase of the slag. The comparison between the actual values and optimized values shows the mass percentage of CaO, A1203 and SiO2 is around the optimanzed values respectively, which requires the practice operation at field shall be more stable in order to obtain desired refining result. The mass percentage of MgO exceeds the optimized range, which requires to enhance scouring protection and splasing protection, and decrease the amount of CaF2 to be added in.
