摘要
通过超声波分散和涂覆刮膜的方法,将碳纳米管分散于聚乙烯醇中,制成薄膜。改进了测试方法,测定了各种组分的膜对电磁波的吸收效果。结果表明,单纯采用超声分散的方法,碳纳米管团聚效应及纠缠现象依然存在;厚度相同的膜,吸收峰都在9GHz左右,对电磁波的吸收率最高可达发射波的45%。
By the method of ultrasonic dispersion and knifing, carbon nanotubes were scattered in poly vinyl alcohol to prepare thin film. The test method was improved, and the absorption effect of different membrane was measured. The results show that, the aggregation effect and entanglement phenomenon still exist by the method of ultrasonic dispersion. The absorption peak is about 9 GHz for the membrane of same thickness and the absorption of electromagnetic wave is up to 45% of the transmitted wave.
