何以“藕断续连”:高校共青团的文化生态与青年话语体系建设

Why Being “Apparently Severed but Actually Connected”: the Construction of Culture Ecology of Communist Youth League in Colleges and the Right of Speech System of Youth

基于文化生态的视角审视和把握高校共青团文化建设的基因组合与职能重塑对于推进高校共青团组织积极构建与青年群体特点相契合、与青年成长规律相适应的"青年话语表达体系"具有重要方法论意义。消解文化现代性对高校共青团造成的文化冲突和文化对立,就要充分发挥高校共青团干部的主观能动性,推进青年学生思想政治教育话语表达体系的变革,将情感元素、教育元素、专业元素植入共青团活动的创作理念之中,以期达到"润物细无声"的思想育人目的。

The survey of angel of view based on culture ecology, genome and function remodeling for grasping the cultural development of CYL, the Communist Youth League, in colleges are of great significance in methodology to promote the building of the speech right system of youth, which agrees with CYL construction and youth＇s characteristics and adopts to the developing model of youth. It is required to release the subjective initiatives for CYL cadres in colleges, promote the reform of the speech right system of ideological and political education for young students, and add elements of emotion, education and profession to creational thinking of CYL, in order to eliminate the cultural conflicts and opposition for CYL in colleges caused by cultural modernization, so as to realize the purpose of nurturing talents through ideology in way of ＂moistening plants silently＂.
