摘要 对制氢转化炉管出口与下猪尾管连接的接管部位(INCOLOY 800HT)腐蚀胀裂失效原因和机理进行分析,利用光学显微镜对炉管不同部位的金相显微组织进行分析和扫描电子显微镜对炉管重点部位的腐蚀形貌进行观察,通过能谱对腐蚀产物进行分析,进一步明确出口接管材质缺陷和长时间过热等作用下寿命大大缩减发生腐蚀胀裂,并提出建议。 A study was performed to analyze the causes and the mechanism of corrosion cracking in the connecting part(INCOLOY 800HT) between the outlet tube of the hydrogen-generating reforming furnace and the down pigtail tube. To elucidate the effect of the material defect in the outlet tube and long term overheating on the profound life time reduction by corrosion cracking, optical microscope was used to determine the metallographic microstructure at different parts of the tube, the corrosion morphology of the important part of the tube was observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM). In addition, the corrosion product was analyzed with the energy dispersion X-ray spectroscopy(EDS). At last, some suggestions were also put forward.
