安全阀作为一种安装在压力容器上的安全附件常用于压力容器的安全泄压装置。它是运行中的压力容器在出现异常时,避免压力容器发生爆炸事故的最后一道防线。为了方便安全阀定期校验,安全阀前常常安装截止阀。为确保安全阀在压力容器中的压力出现异常时能够发挥作用,必须保证在运行中的安全阀前面的截止阀时刻保持畅通。本文就安全阀前截止阀安装的必要性及安全阀前截止阀的安全管理措施进行探讨。

Relief valve as one of safety accessories installed on pressure vessel is the safety relief device for pressure vessels. The relief valve is the last safety device of pressure vessel.When pressure inside pressure vessel is above the range of normal work pressure, the relief valve will act to relief pressure inside pressure vessel to avoid explosion accident. A cut-off valve is often installed in front of relief valve for regular verification of relief valve. The cut-off valve must keep unblocked to assure that the relief valve can work when pressure inside pressure vessel is above the range of normal work pressure. In this paper, the necessity of installing cut-off valve in front of relief valve and its safety management measures were introduced.
