重整氢增压机干气密封失效分析

Analysis on Dry Gas Seal Failure of Hydrogen Booster in Reforming Unit

中石油广西石化重整氢增压机在使用过程中出现主密封气泄放压力增大的现象,拆卸密封组件后发现主密封气静环有结焦现象,经分析是烯烃聚合结焦,使干气密封失效。

In use process of hydrogen booster of reforming unit in Petro China Guangxi petrochemical company, the phenomenon of the main seal gas discharge pressure rising appeared. After the demolition of the seal assembly, the phenomenon of coking on the primary stationary seal ring was found, the analysis showed that olefin polymerization coke was main reason to cause the dry gas seal failure.
