摘要
对麻疯树原油酸值测定方法进行探究,并讨论了不同溶剂比、溶剂量及是否添加饱和食盐水等因素对测定结果的影响,结果显示,石油醚与无水乙醇体积比为2:1的混合溶剂20 m L,添加20m L饱和食盐水稀释油样后,用0.1 mol/L KOH标准溶液测定的结果与三种国标法测定的结果相符,表明该酸值测定方法简单准确。
A method for determination of acid value of Jatropha carcas L. oil was discussed. Effect of solvent ratio, solvent amount and adding saturated brine on the determination was investigated. The results show that, when volume ratio of petroleum ether and ethanol is 2：1 mixed solvent is 20 m L, 20 m L saturated brine is added to dilute oil sample, the result measured by using 0.1 mol/L KOH standard solution is consistent with results measured by using three national standard methods; the acid value determination method is simple and precise.
