复方倍他米松注射液封闭治疗指屈肌腱腱鞘炎92例

The clinical experience of Compound Betamethasone Injection blocking therapeutics in treating the flexor tendon tenosynovitis

目的总结采用复方倍他米松注射液（Compound Betamethasone Injiection）封闭治疗指屈肌腱腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法2010年5月-2013年10月，采用复方倍他米松注射液局部封闭治疗指屈肌腱腱鞘炎92例（113指）；辅助局部热敷，并指导患者行患指屈伸功能锻炼。结果本组随访6~18个月，依中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准：优71指，良34指，差8指，优良率92．9％。结论采用复方倍他米松注射液封闭治疗指屈肌腱腱鞘炎．可有效促进腱鞘肿胀的消散和吸收。加速血液循环，改善局部营养状况，消除或减轻局部的炎症及疼痛，阻止其病理反应的发生，有利于指体功能的恢复．避免或减少了手术治疗。

Objective To summarize the clinical curative effect of Compound Betamethasone Injection blocking therapeutics of flexor tendon tenosynovitis. Methods Between May 2010 and Oct 2013, we used Compound Betamethasone Injection local blocking therapy for the treatment of flexor tendon tenosynovitis in 92 cases （113 fingers）; assisted local hot compress, and guide the patients with finger flexion exercises. Results In the group, the follow-up time was from 6 to 18 months, according to the functional assessment criteria of upper limb formulated by the Hand Surgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association, there were excellent in 71 fingers, good in 34 fingers, and weak in 8 fingers, with an exce]lent and good rate of 92.9%. Conclusion The Compound Betamethasone Injection blocking therapeutics of flexor tendon tenosynovitis, which can effectively promote the swelling of the dissipation and absorption, accelerate the blood circulation, improve local nutrition, eliminate or reduce inflammation and pain localized, prevent the pathological reaction, conducive to the recovery of the fingers function and avoid or reduce the operation treatment.
